EK 77 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights and Responsibilities for All Pakistani Players

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document accurately.

• "EK 77" / "we" / "us" / "the platform" refers to ek77.info and the company operating it.
• "You" / "the player" / "account holder" refers to any individual who has registered or is using an EK 77 account.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created when you sign up at EK 77 using a Pakistani mobile number.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in your EK 77 account, including real-money deposits and credited bonuses (where applicable).
• "Bonus Balance" means funds credited to your account as part of a promotion, welcome offer, referral reward or other incentive. Bonus balance is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by you via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer or Visa/Mastercard.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before it becomes withdrawable as real money.
• "Qualifying Bet" means a bet placed on eligible games and markets that counts toward meeting a wagering requirement at EK 77.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees — the sole currency used across all transactions on the EK 77 platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session time controls and self-exclusion mechanisms available in your EK 77 account settings.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use an EK 77 account. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 18 or older. EK 77 takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe an account is operated by a person under 18, that account will be suspended immediately and all funds reviewed. Any attempt to circumvent the age requirement by providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one EK 77 account. This rule applies across mobile numbers, devices, IP addresses, and payment methods. If EK 77 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual — by any combination of these identifiers — all secondary accounts will be closed without notice, bonuses credited to those accounts will be void, and any withdrawals processed from secondary accounts may be reversed pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering, including your real name and a Pakistani mobile number you own and operate. EK 77 may request identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to verify your identity when requested will result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is complete.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

EK 77 is operated for and marketed to users in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from Pakistan and that it is lawful for you to do so under the laws applicable to you. EK 77 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited under applicable national law.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your EK 77 account login credentials — your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. EK 77 will never ask you for your full password via email, SMS or live chat.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact EK 77 support immediately via the contact details at Section 15.
• EK 77 is not liable for losses resulting from your voluntary sharing of login credentials or from your failure to maintain the security of your device.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including bets placed and withdrawals requested, unless you have notified EK 77 of unauthorised access before those transactions occurred.
• EK 77 recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication for your account and using a unique password not used on other platforms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

EK 77 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit specified by EK 77, though your individual payment provider may apply their own limits.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically reflected in your EK 77 account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. IBFT bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing window. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact EK 77 support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

To submit a withdrawal from EK 77, the following conditions must be met: your account must be fully verified, your real-money balance must be at or above Rs 500, and any wagering requirement attached to a bonus must have been completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been used to meet a wagering requirement can be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

EK 77 processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets within five minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals follow a similar timeframe. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within one to two business days depending on the receiving bank. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take three to five business days for the funds to reflect on your card statement.

4.5 Withdrawal to Your Own Payment Method

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. EK 77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, wallets or cards. If the name on your withdrawal destination does not match your EK 77 account registration, your withdrawal request will be held pending verification.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by EK 77 — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and referral rewards — are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period for each bonus are displayed in your account dashboard at the time the bonus is credited. It is your responsibility to check these terms before accepting any bonus.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New EK 77 accounts are eligible for the welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is credited automatically once the qualifying deposit is confirmed. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per household, device and mobile number. Players who have previously held an EK 77 account under any other registration are not eligible for a second welcome bonus.

5.3 Wagering Requirements — How They Work

A wagering requirement specifies how many times a bonus amount must be bet through qualifying games before the bonus-derived funds convert to withdrawable real-money balance. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a Rs 500 bonus means you must place Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before that Rs 500 can be withdrawn. Bets placed on certain games may contribute at a lower rate — for example, live casino table games may contribute at 50% toward meeting a wagering requirement on a sportsbook bonus. 5.4 Referral Programme

The EK 77 refer-a-friend programme pays a PKR bonus to both the referring account and the new account, subject to the referred player making a qualifying first deposit. Self-referral — creating new accounts to refer to your own primary account — is strictly prohibited. EK 77 reserves the right to void any referral bonus where fraudulent referral activity is detected and to close the accounts involved. 5.5 Bonus Abuse

EK 77 reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as betting opposing outcomes on the same event using different accounts), and exploiting technical errors that incorrectly credit bonus funds.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets at EK 77 are accepted subject to the availability of the market and the confirmation of your bet slip. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet ID reference in your account. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not accepted and will not be paid regardless of the outcome.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet on sports markets at EK 77 is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits apply per event, per market, and per account tier — these limits are displayed on the bet placement interface. EK 77 reserves the right to adjust individual account limits based on betting patterns.

6.3 Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change up until the moment your bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time you select a bet and the time you submit it, EK 77 will present you with the updated odds before confirmation. You may accept or decline the revised odds. Live in-play odds change rapidly and reflect real-time match conditions — in-play bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement.

6.4 Void Bets and Refunds

EK 77 may void a bet in circumstances including: cancellation of the event, failure of the event to start within a defined period, technical errors that resulted in incorrect odds being published, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets have the stake returned to your EK 77 account balance in full.

6.5 PSL and Cricket Betting Specifics

PSL and international cricket betting at EK 77 follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method for rain-affected matches where applicable. Markets that require a minimum number of overs to be completed for settlement are specified on the market detail page. If a match is abandoned before the minimum completion threshold, affected markets are voided and stakes returned.

7 Casino & Live Games

All live casino games at EK 77 — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Casino Hold'em and Three Card Poker — are operated by certified live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical card dealing, real roulette wheel spins, or other physical mechanisms under the supervision of trained dealers in a controlled studio environment.

• EK 77 does not control or influence individual game outcomes in any live casino game.
• In the event of a live stream disconnection mid-hand, EK 77 will settle the hand based on the cards already dealt at the point of disconnection, in accordance with each game's specific rules. Unsettled hands where no cards have been dealt will have stakes returned.
• Table minimum and maximum bets are displayed on each game card in the lobby before you join a table.
• Bets placed in error — including bets placed after the dealer has announced "no more bets" — are void and stakes returned.
• The house edge for each game is available in the game information panel accessible from the lobby. Players are encouraged to review this before choosing a game.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at EK 77 and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balance where fraud is confirmed:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under false identities.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the EK 77 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors to gain an unintended financial advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity to fund your EK 77 account (money laundering).
• Attempting to process withdrawals to accounts or wallets not registered in your own name.
• Claiming bonuses in a manner that violates the bonus terms — including self-referral and multi-accounting to claim welcome offers multiple times.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing EK 77 staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

EK 77 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We believe that for the majority of players, betting is a form of entertainment enjoyed within comfortable limits. However, we also recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become harmful — and we take that seriously.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 24 hours after the change is requested.
• Session Time Reminders: EK 77 can send you notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request self-exclusion from your account settings. Self-exclusion can be applied for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Reality Checks: The platform can display pop-up notifications showing how long you have been logged in and your net session result.

10 Privacy & Data

EK 77 collects and processes personal data including your name, mobile number, device information, and transaction history in order to operate your account, process payments, verify identity, and comply with applicable regulatory requirements. This data is never sold to third parties. Full details of how your data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in the EK 77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By registering an account at EK 77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request a copy of the data EK 77 holds about you by contacting support at the address in Section 15.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the EK 77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the property of EK 77 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or use any EK 77 content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform content in the normal course of accessing your account is permitted.

12 Limitation of Liability

EK 77 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous uptime and accurate odds, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. EK 77 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures on your side, including mobile data interruptions during a live bet or game session.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks) outside EK 77's control.
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform, including match statistics, odds, or game rules summaries — these are provided for guidance and may occasionally contain errors.
• Losses resulting from your voluntary sharing of your account credentials with a third party.

In all cases, EK 77's maximum liability to you for any individual claim is limited to the value of funds in your real-money account balance at the time the claim arises. EK 77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

13 Changes to These Terms

EK 77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, EK 77 will notify registered account holders via SMS to their registered mobile number and/or via an in-platform notification when they next log in. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. Continued use of your EK 77 account after notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date of the change.

14 Governing Language

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version of this document is the definitive version. Any translations provided for convenience do not form part of the binding agreement between you and EK 77.
